Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by product and manufacturer.
- Recovery accessories: 3–10 business days
- Cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, and other large items: 1–4 weeks
- Custom or special-order products may take longer.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Some products qualify for free shipping.
Freight Deliveries
Large items are delivered curbside by freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders are subject to our Return Policy.
